Par for the Shore – House Rules

Play it like a round of golf:

Tee Time (Check-in & Out)

1. Check-in: 4 PM sharp – don’t start the round early.
2. Check-out: 10 AM – please finish on time so the next group can play.

Out of Bounds (No-Go Zones)

1. No smoking or vaping inside. Keep it outside only.
2. No unauthorized guests – only players on the scorecard may enter.

Caddie Rules (Pets)

1. Pets are welcome only if approved in advance.
2. Always clean up after them and keep them off the furniture.

The Water Hazard (Pool & Outdoors)

1. No glass near the pool – plastic only.
2. Children must be supervised at all times.
3. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (no late-night drives).

The Cart Path (Golf Cart Use)

1. Note: the golf cart is not currently available for guest rental until insurance is finalized.

Clubhouse Etiquette (Inside the Home)

1. Treat the house like a clubhouse – keep it clean and orderly.
2. Don’t rearrange furniture or take equipment off-site.
3. Wash dishes before you check out.

Penalty Strokes (Damages)

1. Report any damage immediately.
2. Fires, fireworks, or open flames are strictly prohibited.

Final Score (Before You Leave)

1. Empty trash into outdoor bins.
2. Return all keys and remotes.
3. Lock up behind you.
