“Par4Shore is beautiful, in a wonderful walking neighborhood with convenient sidewalks, and a very short walk to the public access to the beach. We didn’t even need to use the golf cart, though it was an extremely high-end golf cart that looked brand new. It was great walking in the front door and the place was already super cool via great working A/C - great when arriving on a humid day. It was meticulously clean, seemed brand new with high quality lvp floors throughout (no carpet), and the perfect size small pool. The garage has air hockey, extra fridge and beach gear, and was even air-conditioned for playing games. The beds were comfy too - not too firm like many places, just enough cushion. We loved it and plan to go back - our dog loved it too.”

“Ian’s house was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay last minute. There were some few minor issues that Ian addressed right away and took care of some extra items to make our stay even better. The house was very clean and matched the description. The beach is a short 5 min walk or via golf cart which we also utilized. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to any other hosts/guests.”

“This is an outstanding B and B. Went for a birthday weekend celebration with my wife and 5 other adult family members. The house is roomy, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen came with everything we needed. The pool was a great bonus and we spent a lot of time around it and in it. 5 minute walk to the beach! The host, Ian, was very responsive and friendly, I highlyrecommend Par For The Shore!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The private pool area was relaxing, and the location was perfect—only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Ian was an exceptional host: responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. I was especially touched by the beautiful birthday flowers and chocolates he left for me. ♥️🎂 That thoughtful surprise made my birthday getaway even more special. The home also includes a golf cart for getting around, which is a great added convenience, even though I didn’t use it. Everything felt welcoming, well cared for, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting North Myrtle Beach. The attention to detail throughout the home was impressive, and it was clear that Ian takes great pride in making his guests feel at home. “Perfect vacation home for a family! The house was extremely clean and in a great location. Close to beach access, Barefoot Landing, the boardwalk, and Cherry Grove. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend booking this home! 10/10”

“This property is minutes away from the beach. Home felt very welcoming and easily has enough room for the guests in the description. The hosts are very responsive and willing to answer all questions. Checking in earlier is unlikely, however, it’s worth the wait because the home was very clean after guests checked out.”

“We certainly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Ian’s home again and again. It was such a short walk or golf cart ride right to the beach access. It was so nice having a golf cart, private pool, games for the kids to play. It was so nice to be able to check out and not have to do anything other than take out the trash. “We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and was the perfect size for our family of 8. The pool was one of our favorite parts, and having the golf cart made getting around so easy. We loved how close the house was to the beach, as well as all the restaurants and shops nearby. Ian was an incredible host. He was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he really cares about his guests having a great experience. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!”

“Ian’s home was great for what we were looking for. We travelled with both a small dog as well as three grown children and an infant. The home is well situated with enough space for everyone. Being a pet friendly Airbnb, we weren’t sure what to expect but it truly was clean for a place that has non stop guests. We made several suggestions about things that could help with younger kids in the future and Ian was extremely receptive to things such as baby gates and a high chair on site. The game room kept the kids entertained when coming back from the beach and having a private pool was the perfect way to end a beach day. We brought our own beach cart with us and used the gear on site and had plenty of chairs and body boards for the day. The golf cart was great to cruise around in, but you really are only 100 yards from beach access. The house was a great find and although not in mint condition, Ian does a great job with upkeep and detail. Will def. Consider again. Thanks”

“This place is great for families and pet owners. It is close to the beach, and in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The pool is a great size for kids. Riding around in the golf cart is enjoyable for all. This house is new, clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything you need. It is close to lots of restaurant options, putt putt, and minutes from the beach and Main Street area”
