Booking
- How many people does Par for Shore sleep?
- Par for Shore sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The whole home is yours — no shared spaces.
Arrival
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-In: 4:00 PM. Check-Out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on the booking schedule. Contact us in advance to arrange.
Rules
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are welcome with advance approval — please notify us before booking. All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Pet fee applies — see your booking confirmation for details.
- Is smoking allowed?
- Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a deep-cleaning fee of $500 or more, charged to the security deposit. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please dispose of materials responsibly.
The Home
- What should we know about the pool?
- Plastic cups and containers only — no glass in the pool area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no music, loud activity, or late-night swimming). No diving — pool depth varies. Rinse off before entering the pool when coming from the beach. Pool area is for registered guests only.
- Can we use the firepit?
- Open fires and fireworks are prohibited on and around the property at all times. This is a strict local ordinance — violations are the full legal and financial responsibility of the guest.
- Is a golf cart included?
- Licensed drivers only — a valid driver's license is required to operate the cart. A completed golf cart rental agreement is required before use. Daylight hours only — no operation after dark. Maximum range: 1.5 miles from the home. No speeding — respect neighborhood speed limits. No driving on the beach or in restricted areas. Guests found operating the cart without completing the rental agreement will be subject to immediate revocation of cart privileges.
- Is there WiFi?
- Yes — the home has WiFi throughout, and the network name and password are in your arrival details and in the welcome guide once you have booked.
Departure
- What do we need to do before we leave?
- Empty all trash cans and place bags in the outdoor bins. Return all keys and remotes to their designated spots. Lock all exterior doors and windows. Turn off all lights, fans, and AC/heat. Load and start the dishwasher. Place used towels and linens in the laundry area.
